SERVICE POLICY GUARANTEE
General Anesthetic
Services, inc. wants to help you do business effectively and with
efficiency. One way to do this is to take a small amount of worrying
off of your shoulders by offering a service guarantee: products that
come from our service departments go through the following
inspection to ensure that you are getting the very best product
available:

inspection and decontamination of the vaporizer upon receipt, |

any physical
damage is assessed and noted, |
| · |
total disassembly
of vaporizer, |
| · |
integral parts
thoroughly cleaned and re-lubricated, |
| · |
o-rings, gaskets,
seals and consumable parts replaced, |
| · |
the vaporizer is
reassembled and leak tested, |
| · |
vaporizers are
calibrated using specific agent, |
| · |
state of the art
laser refractometer is used in calibration, |
| · |
all components
used by General Anesthetic Services meet or exceed original O.E.M. specifications, |
| · |
vaporizers
calibrated as specified in BS4272, Part 3, 1989, also to the ISO
9002 standard, |
| · |
each vaporizer is
supplied with a unique calibration test |
| · |
certificate that specifies actual v/v delivered rather than a range
indication, and |
| · |
all vaporizers
carry a parts/labor guarantee for the full service period. |
